MOBILE COUNTY SUPPORT GROUPS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rocking for Alzheimer’s Caregivers Support Group – <\/strong>support group every 4th Wednesday from 12-2 pm at Serenity at Grace Haven, 6411 Howells Ferry Road. Contact Gina Scott at 251-533-6092 for more information. \u00a0https:\/\/www.dorismariejonesfoundation.org\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

The Gulf Coast Dementia Services Support Group<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Location: 2100 N. Demetropolis Rd., \u00a0Mobile, AL 36693 at Touching Hearts Senior Care Office<\/p>\n

The Caregiver Support Groups are held the first Tuesday from 2pm – 3pm and meets 3rd Thursday of the month at 10am – 11am in the Touching Hearts Senior Care office.\u00a0 This is a free event and completely confidential.<\/p>\n

The Gulf Coast Dementia Services Support Groups provide emotional, educational and social support for family and friends of individual living with the disease. We encourage individuals to share their experiences and ask questions to help develop solutions to their concerns and challenges.<\/p>\n

All support groups are facilitated by trained individuals. Many locations offer specialized groups for children, individuals with younger-onset and early-stage Alzheimer’s, adult caregivers and others with specific needs.<\/p>\n
